Real questions, honest answers. Here’s exactly how the booking process works.
Secure payment
All payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal – the same providers used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details never touch our servers.
Instant confirmation
As soon as your payment clears, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details: meeting point, what to bring, contact info, and your booking reference.
Free reschedule
Plans change. You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the start time, free of charge, by replying to your confirmation email.
Weather guarantee
If we cancel due to bad weather, you get a full refund or free reschedule – your choice. We notify you at least 4 hours before your start time.
No spam, ever
Your email is used only for your booking confirmation and reminders. We never share your details with third parties or send promotional emails unless you opt in.
