Free reschedule
Plans change. You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the start time, free of charge, by replying to your confirmation email.
Weather guarantee
If we cancel due to bad weather, you get a full refund or free reschedule — your choice. We notify you at least 4 hours before your start time.
